Refund & Billing Policy

At Dr. Dave Chiro Coach / Online Chiropractic Coaching, we offer a trial-based access model followed by a recurring subscription.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. $1 Trial (7-Day Access)

We offer a 7-day trial for $1 to allow you to explore the program before committing.

The $1 trial is non-refundable

You will receive full access during the trial period. You can cancel any-time.

2. Subscription & Weekly Billing

After the trial period:

You will be charged on a weekly basis according to your selected plan

Billing continues automatically until canceled

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation must be done before the next billing date.

Once canceled, you will not be charged further.

You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, including:

The $1 trial fee.

Weekly subscription payments.

Any partial billing periods.

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind.

Lack of usage.

Failure to cancel before billing.

Business results not achieved.

5. Payment Responsibility

By enrolling, you agree that:

You are responsible for tracking your billing cycle

You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid charges

Failure to cancel does not qualify for a refund

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated:

Your access will be immediately revoked

We reserve the right to dispute the charge with proof of access and usage
